They they called 30 min before the appointment to cancel and recommended to go to Riverview vet. when I live on the Elmwood area. Update: They should have told me when I called their situation instead of making me an appointment to cancel it the next day. I would have taken no for an answer and called somewhere else. There is a breach of confidentiality as you are sharing the confidential details of our conversation. I handled this issue ASAP like many of your customers. I called an get a appointment elsewhere.
